Elvis
Meets Clinton - Bubba meets The King
This photo hit the news wires during the '92 campaign
and was carried in newspapers all across the country.
This particular clipping is from the Columbia Daily Tribune
in Columbia, Missouri. You put on an Elvis costume one
time and you're labeled an Elvis Presley Impersonator!
Notice the apprehensive look on Spotted Al's face. He
feared at that very moment that this photograph may come
back to haunt him. For you hard core trivia buffs, take
a glance over The King's shoulder. You'll catch a glimpse
of none other than Terry Hopkins from Nashville Today
on 1510 WLAC dressed as 'Colonel Tom.'
Bill
and Al get cozy - Computer magic makes for a funny
picture
This picture ran in The Tennessean during the annual Family
Re-Union conference at
Vanderbilt. I commented that the two looked like they
were a little more than friends,
if you catch my drift. Listener Morris Sullivan from Murfressboro
picked up on my
comment and used a little computer magic to enhance the
photo. Click here
for his
masterpiece.
